WHAT DO I NEED TO CREATE AN UNBANK ACCOUNT?
Creating an account with Unbank is completely free. To create an account you need a smartphone, internet access, and a valid form of US Government-Issued ID.

HOW MUCH BITCOIN CAN I PURCHASE?
Once you have successfully verified your account, your bitcoin purchase amount will depend on your account level, payment method and monthly usage. In most cases, the daily purchase limit is $2,999.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY BITCOIN?
Once your purchase is complete, your bitcoin will appear in your wallet within 2-15 minutes of your transaction. Please note, that Unbank does not control blockchain confirmations so transaction times may vary.
WHERE CAN I SELL BITCOIN?
You can sell Bitcoin using our web or mobile app.
- Select Sell
- Select desired Cashout Method
- Find a sell location near you using our mobile app
- Enter the amount of Bitcoin you want to sell
- Send cryptocurrency to the listed address within the generated invoice.
(make sure you send the exact amount to complete the transaction) - Wait for the Pickup Cash Code or Notification indicating the transaction has been processed.
- If selected Cash In Person transaction, Upon the arrival of the selected location Click NCRPAY360 Cash Code & Input your Account Number and Cash Code to complete your transaction.
Please Note Our BATM locations do not have the ability to sell at this time.
HOW MUCH BITCOIN CAN I SELL?
WHERE CAN I FIND THE PICKUP CASH CODE?
Once the bitcoin has been received. You will receive a notification with your NCRPay360 cash code. Your most recent transaction can also be found under Recent Transactions on the application dashboard.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GENERATE THE PICKUP CASH CODE?
Once your sale is complete, you will receive a pickup notification between 2 – 15 mins.
WHAT CRYPTOCURRENCIES DOES UNBANK OFFER?
At the moment, Unbank offers Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Dogecoin at all of our BATM locations. Unbank’s mobile application currently supports Bitcoin.
